Medical laboratory DILA, first among Ukrainian medical laboratories, received certificate of accreditation for compliance with DSTU EN ISO 15189: 2015. The purpose of quality policy is performance of medical laboratory tests with guaranteed quality, comprehensive service, and social responsibility, for maximum possible satisfaction of the needs of each customer.
Considered critical processes for standardization in ML DILA in 2003, the structure and documentation requirements, stages of process of the quality improvement, and also procedure is presented for development of QMS documents of ML DILA intralaboratory quality control.
