Well time flys and here we are with the first issue of the bimonthly EuroLabNews for the year 2021. This issue is kicked off by the annoucement of the Web App Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics. Keeping at par with the times, this web app could serve as a handy resource of Clinical Chemistry in your palm with information on a wide range of topics. The President of the EFLM, Ana-Maria Simundic has initiated a new column “Coffee with the EFLM President”. Our readership will find it interesting to read about various personal and professional aspects of prominent officers of the EFLM. This issue presents interviews with 4 such personalities, with quite a few to follow in the upcoming issues. The EFLM Office announce two vacanies in the EFLM Working Group “Patients Focused Laboratory Medicine”. Applicants are encouraged to apply within the deadline of 14 February, 2021.
