Presentation highlights relevant problem of the quality of clinical laboratory tests and offers, to improve the quality of services provided by medical laboratories, stepwise program of implementation of quality assurance system in accordance with DSTU EN ISO 15189: 2015 “Medical laboratories. Requirements for quality and competence” into the practice of medical laboratories of Ukraine, as well as a detailed action plan for the implementation of this system into the activities of medical laboratories in Ukraine.
