Implementation of ISO 15189:2015 is not possible without a preliminary assessment and analysis of the existing practices at all stages of the laboratory process: pre-analytical, analytical and postanalytical. Зre-analytical phase is considered in details: errors, their consequences and their prevention, basic steps to improve the quality of laboratory tests, the conditions of taking and storage of biological material.
